This Pei Wei is slightly above average. The chain has gone downhill a bit, which is sad. I got the pei wei spicy chicken, and the chicken was good but the veggies were a bit cold. They also got my order wrong and brought me out the wrong thing. Eventually they got it though.

Pro tip: check in on Yelp and you get free hummus.

Simply..trash, I went to this pei wei in hopes of fulfilling my need for fast Chinese food. Usually I go to the other pei wei and have amazing experiences there. However At this particular joint I have had 3 bad experiences every 3 times I went.  I got food poisoning ALL THREE TIMES IVE GONE, from their damn honey chicken. They need to learn how to cook and stop being shook when people leave shitty reviews. I tried their bento box in hopes for a good change but instead the sushi tasted like fake cardboard ass. That's all I have to say and now I shall go away,

    Not happy very sappy,
    Joe

I was super excited when I saw there was a Pei Wei near where I was staying on vacation. The one located back home went out of business a few years ago and I missed their amazing food!

However this location was a disappointment. I ordered lettuce wraps and the lettuce was going bad. The rice in my roommates sesame chicken was undercooked as was the rice in my fried rice. I also asked for extra egg in my fried rice and I received no egg at all. The flavors of all the food were not vibrant like they used to be and the chicken was dry. I should have kept to non chain restaurants and spent my money elsewhere.

I guess you guys are giving up. Used to absolutely love this location and the food, but it seems that the quality is dropping. Our portion sizes lately have been laughably small. Our orders have been messed up. Orders haven't been ready by the time we were told they would be. I wish this wasn't the case, but I guess we must accept the truth: our remaining chances for this location are running slim.

Service isn't good like it used to be. They mess up on the orders everytime. Lots of new people don't know what they are doing.
